tokyo fish market. this is the biggest fish market in the world. it was very fascinating to see. i have lots of pictures for you to look at. sorry but you have to tilt your head to view this video but it will kind of give you a sense of what the market was like.

right outside the fish market they have a million different sushi restaurants. after we went to the market we stopped in this restaurant so allan could have some sushi. i think being right outside the market this is most fresh sushi you can get!!!!

this is our hotel in kyoto. our hotel is connected to the kyoto train station which is a really really neat building.

when we first got to kyoto we took a little walk and came across this temple


when we first got to kyoto we spent time walking around. we came across this cute little street
when we first got to koyto we just went walking around. this is a temple we discovered on our walk. i am not sure what it is called.
this area of kyoto is called ponto-cho. it is a very popular place for people to go and eat and drink tea. on the other side of these restaurants there are these narrow streets filled with millions of restaurants, shops and tea houses.


allan and i rented bikes the whole time the we were in kyoto. this is how we got everywhere. we never once took the subway or a taxi. it was so much fun

this is not the best picture but it is a picture of the best food market in kyoto. this is where allan bought a knife set for cooking. you can find the best knifes in the world here. also at this market if you were interested you could buy 100 dollar melons
